Senska M. O'Donnell is a leader, social entrepreneur, and advocate for women and girls, with a deep personal and professional connection to Haiti.

Originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Senska's work is driven by a commitment to empowering women and fostering community-led change. Her career has been dedicated to leadership and women's empowerment, a focus that culminated in the founding of Womenful Voice in May 2021, a nonprofit organization she co-founded and leads as CEO. Womenful Voice was established to provide support and create opportunities for women and girls in Haiti, working to address the challenges they face and help them build a better future .

Beyond her work with Womenful Voice, Senska is the Co-Founder of the Global Women Cultural Exchange (GWCE) , an organization focused on connecting and supporting professional women's efforts around the world. GWCE serves as a platform for cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration, fostering a global community of women leaders .

Senska is also an entrepreneur, running two small businesses: SMJRO Holdings LLC in the United States and SMJRO Holdings SRL in the Dominican Republic. This experience has given her a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build and sustain an organization from the ground up.

She holds an MBA in Executive Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute, a credential that complements her practical approach to leadership and organizational development .
