Homeless-ness or Joblessness, What's the real deal here and which one is it-? Which description defines the REAL situation more clearly, without trying to make it nicer or 'fluffy' somehow so as to not hurt anyone's little feelings....Ahh, Waa.
Look I don't care, I know there's alot of different circumstances for alot of different people and it's not up to 'ME' to play Judge, Jury and Executioner in any means BUT I do know this-!

Something has to be done and I know that Band Aids and random acts of kindness (handing out money at the corner sign holder) is NOT the answer-! Building shit-tons of 'FREE' living quarters isn't going to work either simply because of Man's inherent nature to 'take advantage' of the FREE situation(s). Happens every time, and unless there are NO MORE Free-Bee's to go around and/or unless one realizes what they're doing and comes to know their own individual 'Moral Compass' and decides to better themselves, it will continue until Hell freezes over, that's just the way it is.

So here's a 'tough-love' potential solution that will require some potentially harsh steps and some careful planing to make it work. Make it work for almost everyone involved, the folks that are actually living it (living the dream-ha ha, nightmare is more like it) and those of us having to observe it on a daily bases and are quite frankly, sick and tired of observing it and feeling helpless and perhaps angry as well.

I'm whats considered 'Old-School' and so my ideas are also Old School and thus the tough love application. Hope you can understand this and realize that sometimes, some things in this life just have to be faced with this kind of approach. I can't see any-other means but as I stated earlier, I'm not in charge of the situation or this World and I 'Don't Want" to be I'm just sharing my thoughts about a situation that just might need such an approach.
