Three rules for working it
Write it by hand. Not in your head. A written rule exists outside of you, where your emotions can't quietly edit it at 10:14 on a Tuesday.
Date everything. Half the value is looking back in ninety days at what you actually believed at the time versus what you tell yourself you believed.
Don't skip the boring pages. The logs are the boring pages. They're also the only pages that turn reading into an edge. Boring is where baselines get built.
